Intef I

The second pharaoh of the Eleventh Dynasty
Also known as: Antef I · Anjotef I · Inyotef I
Intef I was the first pharaoh of the Eleventh Dynasty to use a Horus name. His name is missing in the Turin papyrus due to a lacuna, but by counting backwards from Mentuhotep II (6.16), his name would have been present in 6.13. None of the Intefs of the Eleventh Dynasty used the full titulary of the Old Kingdom.
